River Redgum Furniture established itself in the small tourist town of Koondrook in Northern Victoria in 1991. ("The Redgum Capital of the World")
Dean and Wayne between them have 48 years in the Timber Furniture industry and have established themselves as one of the specialists in the field of manufacturing kiln dried solid Redgum furniture in Australia. (They have also added all Australian Exotic Hardwoods to their raw material stocks).They know how to select and pick the character and individual grains of the timber. Each piece of timber is first observed for its indivduality and then shaped and formed, to create your unique piece of furniture.
All the furniture is hand crafted to the feel of the grain; it is then sanded and finished to the highest quality to bring out the natural colour of Redgum, Jarrah, Western Australian Marri, Coolabar and the likes.
